I visited Russia more than 20 years ago, and today a part of my heart is lost to Mother Russia. She is a big, complicated but always alluring country. And you never know what will happen around the corner, and you should always be ready for a surprise. Good og bad, you never know.
Since my expatriation to Uzbekistan in 1998 together with my then husband, I have focused on how to make the meeting between two different cultures as smooth and professional as possible. I held my first workshops for expatriated in Sct. Petersburg in year 2000.
Today intercultural understanding is something you can study at a university and I have over the years with pleasure followed the academic development and picked up what I thought was usable in my training. Today I get most of my inspiration and sparring from C3 Consulting, and Helen Eriksen. They are to my mind some of the most professional and inspirational capacities we have within their fields.
