Whether you are the person with a job or the accompanying spouse, you will as expatriated face some new challenges. The people you normally use to talk and exchange experience with like family, friends and colleagues, have no idea what it’s like to be expatriated, so they cannot help much.
Therefore a coaching session of shorter or longer duration will always be fruitful to meet the challenges you face in the new environment, and to optimize where it’s possible. It’s no shame to make shortcuts by harvesting other people’s experiences.
Coaching is not country-specific to me, and no matter where you are in the world, I will be happy to help. If you have any specific questions about your country’s culture, I have a large professional network where we can find the answers, so please contact me for an informal chat and a price list.
A very experienced coach was asked when you needed a coach.
She replied: “Always.”
Between the sessions you will be given tools to work structured with the issues that are specific for your situation.
I am trained by business psychologist Helen Eriksen, and receive on-going supervision and education from her.
